I want a secure way of sharing a file of passwords with others.

* All have Windows support.  An unknown number have Win XP support.
* All have Linux support.
* All have encrypted storage.
* All have automatic synchronisation.
* All can auto-detect changes in files.

I spent about six hours putting this page together, checking the facts, formatting it nicely.  The Firefox crashed and I lost the lot.  Arse.  Wikis need a 'save draft' facility.

And now, as I'm starting to resurrect it, I get an email from DropBox telling me their 2012 compromise has become an issue again and passwords need changing again.  I'm probably making a big mistake thinking data can be securely stored in the cloud.
